His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, received, at the Royal Court at Al-Salam Palace in Jeddah Monday evening, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of the Republic of Turkiye.
A warm official reception ceremony was held in honor of the visiting Turkish President.
Then, HRH the Crown Prince and the President of the Republic of Turkiye held an official session of talks and a bilateral meeting.
At the outset of the session, HRH the Crown Prince welcomed the President of the Republic of Turkiye to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In turn, His Excellency expressed his happiness with this visit and his meeting with HRH the Crown Prince.
The two sides reviewed aspects of bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries, prospects for joint cooperation and opportunities for its development in various fields, in addition to discussing regional and international developments of mutual concern and the efforts exerted towards them.

HRH Crown Prince and the President of the Republic of Turkyie witnessed the signing ceremony of a number of bilateral agreements between the two countries, as follows:
First: A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for cooperation between the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the government of the Republic of Turkyie in the field of energy.
From the Saudi side, it was signed by Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Energy.
From the Turkish side, it was signed by the Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayraktar.
Second: The executive plan for cooperation in the fields of capabilities, defense industries, research and development.
From the Saudi side, it was signed by Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Defense.
From the Turkish side, it was signed by the Minister of National Defense, Yasar Guler.
Third: A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for cooperation in the field of direct investment.
From the Saudi side, it was signed by the Minister of Investment Eng. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih.
From the Turkish side, President of Investment Office Ahmet Burak Daglioglu.
Fourth: A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for cooperation in the media field.
From the Saudi side, it was signed by the Minister of Media Salman bin Yousef Al-Dosari.
From the Turkish side, it was signed by the Presidency’s Director of Communications Fahrettin Altun.
Fifth: Two contracts with the Turkish company Baykar.
From the Saudi side, the two contracts were signed by Assistant Minister of Defense for Executive Affairs Dr. Khalid bin Hussein Al-Bayari.
From the Turkish side, the two contracts were signed by CEO of Baykar Technology Company Lutfi Haluk Bayraktar.
